This process is sometimes referred to within the construction sector as “The Battle of the forms”
Sam Bawden works in partnership with, & represents developers & employers, main contractors & sub contractors in all parts of the UK. He works closely alongside project managers, architects, construction contractors, contract managers & dispute resolution service providers in serving and advising mutual clients.
Registration is from 1030 hrs, & we’ll hand over to Sam at 1100 hrs. A Q & A session will follow at around 1230 with Lunch around 1300 hrs
